Deep South Co Outfitters is a full-service fly shop and guide service located in Elk Park, North Carolina. We want to offer you professionally guided fly fishing trips on the freestone streams that surround the High Country as well as the tail-waters of East Tennessee. We want to take you on a fly fishing trip of a lifetime. Let us help you make a memory you won't forget!

Deep South Co Outfitters started in 2019 as a merchandise company specializing in shirts and hats by a brother duo in Western North Carolina who wanted their own brand to promote the outdoors with. It wasn't until March of 2022 that the company was created into a fly shop / outdoors store.

Greyson Stafford (pictured left) is the owner and operator of Deep South Co Outfitters located in Elk Park, North Carolina. Greyson lives in the Plumtree, NC area and has been fishing for as long as he can remember. ''Between my grandfather and my dad, I have beat the banks of the Toe River ever since I could walk'' exclaimed Greyson. ''I have a love and a respect for fly fishing unlike any other. These trophy mountain trout can humble you quickly when you start chasing them but that's what keeps me coming back'' he added.

We have a passion here to see other people enjoy the outdoors as much as we do. Whether you are looking to get into fly fishing or an advanced angler, Greyson will share his experiences and expertise with you!
