High Country Community Health

High Country Community Health is a community health center with locations in Boone and Newland, North Carolina providing primary care, behavioral health and dental services within an integrated medicine model of care that treats the whole person. Patients benefit from the services of a interdisciplinary treatment team that provides individualized care tailored to meet their specific health needs.

HCCH offers all services based on a sliding fee scale based on income for anyone regardless of ability to pay. We also gladly accept Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurances.
