About Superlative Realty Services

We are located within the Famous Brick Oven Pizzeria building, right next to the mini golf course in downtown Beech Mountain. Our office consists of two full time agents, Debbie Canady and Carol Spradling, and an associate agent who also has an office in Charlotte, Melanie Prentzas. All three are members of the High Country Association of REALTORS, are North Carolina Real Estate agents and members of the National Association of REALTORS. The company prides itself on keeping its clients informed and our agent’s attention to detail, from the time the customer walks in the door, until the transaction is closed.
