James and Melissa Condrey are The Condrey Team with eXp Realty.

We have lived in Avery County for most of our lives, and we have raised our family here. James has been a teacher at Avery County High School, and Melissa has been a cosmetologist and owned her own salon in addition to working at Linville Ridge Country Club.

We want to help our community by helping our neighbors with the process of buying and selling their homes. We also want to help others find their home in the mountains that we love.
