Products made on-site has caused many to make the Banner Elk Soap and Candle Company a must-do-destination. Soap scents such as ''Hemlock Trail, Appalachian Apple, Mountain Blueberry, Appalachian Lumberjack'' and ''Tarheel'' are made almost daily in our showroom. Favorite candles include ''MacRae Meadow, Grandfather's Pipe'' and ''Appalachian Lumberjack,'' all handcrafted and poured in our shop. Favored bath bombs and soothing bath salts are also produced at our location.
