The restaurant, dubbed by Calvert as home of the pick -n- pig parlor, opened its doors Friday, June 27, 2003, in the old Hardees building in the Newland Shopping Center. Menu features include
chopped barbeque covered in a variety of sauces from the traditional to vinegar-based, smoked or fried chicken, ribs, and side items such as corn and baked beans, fries and coleslaw.
Carolina Barbeque also features a children's menu, appetizers like mozzarella sticks and chili cheese fries, and homemade desserts including peach cobbler and banana pudding. The restaurant offers live entertainment on the weekends and Monday nights spotlighting acoustic, bluegrass and gospel music and clogging.

We'll give out reheating instructions for a turkey that is out of this world with minimal work for You on your holiday! Cost is $1.09 per lb for your turkey or $2.79 per lb for ours.
