The High Country Association of Realtors' mission is to assist our realtor members to become more profitable and successful while maintaining healthy visibility in our real estate industry in Banner Elk, Blowing Rock, Boone, Linville, Newland, Sugar Mountain, and Sugar Mountain North Carolina

The High Country Association of REALTORS® unites real estate professionals in the community for the benefit of REALTORS® and their clients. The Association is dedicated to the advancement of professionalism in the real estate industry and is committed to maintaining a high level of ethical real estate business practices.

The High Country Association of REALTORS® has been an organized membership since 1971 and we are proud to serve the counties of Alleghany, Ashe, Avery and Watauga located in the High Country of Northwestern North Carolina. HCAR unites Realtors® who are providing real estate services to clients throughout the Blue Ridge region. The Association is dedicated to the advancement of professionalism in the industry and is committed to maintaining a high level of ethical business practice.
