About Us

Sugar Ski & Country Club's HOA has on-site rental management and sales program. There are 70+/- rental condos with ski-in/ski-out access to slopes. We boast a new state of the art Clubhouse with indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, and on-site ski and snowboard rentals.

Sugar Ski & Country Club is a year-round condominium resort located on top of Sugar Mountain Ski Resort close to Banner Elk in the North Carolina High Country of western North Carolina; 19 miles from Tennessee. Offering four seasons of enjoyment, we are the area's only true ski in/ski out lodging center during the winter months. Spring and Summer months find us wonderfully cool and Autumn is simple awe-inspiring. Located on Sugar Mountain Resort’s mountain bike and hiking trails, there is plenty to do here without ever getting back in your car!
