SugarTop Resort is the premier destination spot when visiting the High Country. Located in the Village of Sugar Mountain, N.C., the resort is a ten-story high rise condominium complex that houses 320 units. Each unit is over 1100 square feet, 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, full size kitchen, private balcony with wood burning or electric fireplaces in the living room area.

SugarTop amenities include a full size heated indoor pool, 2 large hot tubs, 1 dry and 1 wet sauna as well as a state of the art workout facility. Owners are encouraged to use the full-size restaurant that includes a large bar and commercial kitchen for special events. Also, a large ballroom is available for meetings and other activities for their convenience, a sound system is provided as well as a projector. This ballroom also has a kitchenette.

The long-range views are without question the best in the region for your sunrises and morning coffee or sunsets with your other favorite beverages. SugarTop Resort is adjacent to Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, the premier winter sports venue in the Southeast, as well as a challenging 18-hole championship Golf Course just minutes away in the Village of Sugar Mountain.
